Good Monday Morning

Hey ya'll, It is wet,wet,wet here. And I have a ton of stuff I need to do and this is one of those days you just want to curl up and read or something. I will either go to Modesto for the stuff for the party or go get a haircut...depends on if my girl is in the shop today.Really don't want to travel in this rain but there won't be much choice this week for the looks of it.
Janine, Girl sometimes ya just need a break and I, for one totally understand!

My weekend was full of surprises (some of which was not good).  I have to find my  way and in terms of meeting people, have to set standards and limitations.   
So, I am just continuing on this journey called "life".

Janine glad to see ya. You were missed.  I had a pretty good week-end.  Went to my Grandson
5th birthday party.  I had a nice time, but was glad to get home where it was quiet (too many 3-5 years.  My daughter had about 50 total including adults). 

I am really exited about a Disneyland trip that I am going on with my work.  I work with about 150 mental health clients and we are taking 2 bus loads Tuesday @ 1:00 am.  I not exited about the actual bus trip but I am exited about riding rides at Disneyland.  For years I would not ride on many rides for fear and embarrassment  that I wouldn't fit.  I remember getting on a ride at Magic Mountain with my brother and they tried to get the harness shut on him.  When I realized that it wouldn't close on him I quickly jumped off the ride and never rode on a another ride except for a few at Disneyland. 

Disneyland look out cuz here I come.

Hi everyone - I've been away from the boards for quite a while... life's been crazy busy between STILL being in the middle of a kitchen/laundry room remodel (started in September!) and having joined a new band in November that plays literally every weekend - oh, plus the normal stuff being dad, husband, teacher, chauffer, etc. I'm crushed most of the time .

Along with that comes the mistreatment of myself with regards to eating and exercise. I did register for the SD Rock and Roll Marathon but am not doing great with my training. I got into an old habit of hitting the drive-thu on the way home from gigs- - nothing like eating junkfood at 3am... then going home to sleep on it! LOL'z

Anyway, I'm working on getting things back together - making smarter choices, plannin out eating, drinking water, and exercise. I prolly should be on here more for the support and gentle reminders to work the tool!

Good Afternoon,

I couldn't even get here this morning.  I was catching up after being gone from here while spending two days at the AutoClub Speedway.  Can I can, WOW, how much fun was that!!!???  My ears are still hearing the noise of the trucks and cars and the smell of exhaust is still in my nose.  One problem with losing weight that I have found, is I have no ass!  Just some bones that are they with skin and it's killing me from sitting on benches and chairs!  Even with cushions, my butt hates me today.  I uploaded a pic from my birthday party and one of me yesterday with all my Dale Jr garb.  Too bad that Dale never finished the race, but I got some great eye shots of him with some great binoculars. 

Anyway, I am not trying to get my house back in order.  My old saying, your play you pay, so the house is in need of my assistance, so back to cleaning.
